The management of Enugu West General Assembly has issued a stern public warning against the unauthorized use of its name and identity by individuals seeking to advance personal interests.

In an official notice made available to the press, the leadership of the Assembly expressed concern over what it described as a growing trend of impersonation and misrepresentation. Describing the act as unlawful and misleading, the management warned all individuals and groups involved to immediately desist from such activities or face legal consequences.

“We hereby caution all concerned to refrain from using our name or associating with our organization without proper authorization,” the statement read.

The group further reassured the public of its commitment to protecting its identity and maintaining the integrity of its operations. Members of the public were also advised to disregard any communication, publication, or activity carried out in the name of the Enugu West General Assembly without official verification.

The management reiterated its readiness to pursue legal action against offenders, stressing that safeguarding the organization’s reputation remains a top priority.
