The Face of Terror: Duna Sani, a Commander with a License to Kill

A man seen in a widely shared photo holding a rifle has been identified as “Duna Sani,” a top commander working with the notorious bandit leader Bello Turji.

Zagazola Makama reports that Duna Sani is known as one of the most dangerous members of Turji’s group.

He is accused of killing countless people, beheading women, and committing several sexual assaults in northwestern Nigeria.

In an audio recording, Turji allegedly bragged that Duna Sani could not go more than three days without killing someone.

Many people are now calling for justice and for Duna Sani, Bello Turji, and others like them to be stopped from terrorizing communities in the region.
