NECO RELEASES SSCE TIMETABLE, EXAM GUIDELINES

the National Examinations Council has released the timetable and guidelines for the conduct of its 2020 examinations for the Senior Secondary Schools Certificate Examination, Basic Education Certificate Examination and the National Common Entrance Examination.

The Registrar of NECO, Prof. Godswill Obioma, released the timetable at the NECO headquarters on Tuesday in Minna, Niger State.

According to him, the NECO BECE conducted for JSS 3 students will commence on August 24 and end on September 4.

He also said the SSCE examinations for SS3 students would begin on October 5 and end on November 18, 2020, while the National Common Entrance Examination for students seeking admission into Federal Government Colleges, commonly known as Unity Schools, would hold on October 17.

Obioma said, “Other details of the schedule indicate that the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examinations, for SS3, conducted by NECO will start on October 5 and end on November 18, 2020.”
