Let me bury my daughter in peace, Ada Ameh begs Buhari

Popular Nollywood actress, Ada Ameh, in an emotional-laden video on her Instagram account has pleaded with the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) and the governor of Lagos State, Babjide Sanwo-Olu, to listen to the youth so that she can bury her daughter in peace.

In the video, the comic actress with teary eyes begged the government to desist from killing youths and remove the soldiers from the streets.

She said, “Good morning Mr President, good morning Sanwo-Olu, please I just want to beg. I am begging since in Nigeria they have said that we should not ask for anything nicely. People are protesting and they are killing them by sending soldiers. We have Boko Haram to deal with; Boko Haram dey there to deal with una no deploy soldiers to deal with them, Crocodile smile. Make dem go kill them.

“Please, I just lost my daughter two days ago. Mr President, I beg you in the name of God almighty. My daughter died in Abuja after surgery. Make una help me make I go bury my pikin in peace. Na beg I dey beg. Make una stop this thing make I go bury my pikin in peace if not, maybe at the end of the day, the one wey I go naked do protest for this Lagos. I go naked carry placard go airport wey I go fly bury my pikin. Sanwo-Olu, I am begging you in the name of God, you people should take the soldiers away and answer Nigerians. Stop these meaningless killings and let me go and bury my daughter in peace. I beg you in the name of God. I am begging you people; you people should just answer Nigerians and stop killing innocent souls. Let me have the chance to bury my daughter in peace, please. Wicked souls, God will judge all of you.”
