AAP Expresses Confidence in INEC Registration Ahead of 2027 Elections

The African Alliance Party (AAP) has expressed confidence that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) will grant it registration as a political party ahead of the 2027 general elections.

INEC recently approved the registration of two new political parties—the Democratic Leadership Alliance (DLA) and the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC).

In a statement, AAP National Chairman, Olusegun Iyaobaje Peters, urged party members nationwide to remain calm, resolute, and committed to ongoing party activities at the state level.

He assured members that the party’s leadership is actively engaging the process and remains optimistic about a positive outcome. Peters also commended members for their dedication and hard work toward the growth and advancement of the African Alliance Party.
