The Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma, has reviewed his sacked Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General of the state, Cyprian Akaolisa.
Review that Uzodinma had on May 12, sacked Akaolisa and 19 different Commissioners, living eight different Commissioners.
Uzodinma on Monday made a volte-face, declaring that he never fired Akaolisa, who is presently pummeled with a five-year restriction from rehearsing as a legal advisor by Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee.
The state Commissioner for data and procedure, Declan Emelumba, said that the lead representative never fired Akaolisa as the Chief law official of the state.
The assertion read, “the Imo state government wishes to recognize that the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice Barr C O C Akaolisa, was never among the magistrates dropped when the leader Council was broken down half a month prior.

Speaking to UGAMATV Akaolisa’s ban by LPDC, the information Commissioner said that the state government would respond after the channels of appeal on the ban had been exhausted.
