In a heartwarming display of unity and collaboration, the newly inaugurated Executives of the Federation of Agbogugu Autonomous Communities (F.A.A.C.) paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Uchenna Joseph Okolo, the Executive Chairman of Awgu Local Government Council and a proud son of Agbogugu. The visit took place at the Awgu Local Government Council Headquarters, marking a significant moment for both the community and its leadership.

Led by President General Hon. Elobuike Nwabuisi, the F.A.A.C. Executives expressed their gratitude to the Council Chairman for his remarkable efforts in driving development across Awgu Local Government Area (LGA) in the short time since he assumed office. The Executives were particularly impressed by the transformative changes at the Council Headquarters, which included the comprehensive remodeling of the secretariat, the construction of a modern office for the Chairman, and the installation of CCTV cameras for enhanced security—projects that reflect a commitment to progress and transparency.

“We are thrilled to witness the great strides being made under your leadership,” said Hon. Nwabuisi. “Your dedication to improving our communities is evident, and we have every confidence in your ability to continue this positive trajectory for Awgu LGA.”

In response, Hon. Uchenna Joseph Okolo expressed his heartfelt appreciation for the visit, highlighting the importance of community support in governance. “Seeing my people come together to encourage and support me fills me with joy and determination,” he said. “I congratulate the new Executives and assure you of my readiness to collaborate with you and other community-based organizations in our shared mission of rural development.”

The Council Chairman took the opportunity to outline several ongoing and upcoming projects aimed at enhancing the quality of life in all communities within the local government. He emphasized the need for continued support and prayers from the community as he strives to change the narrative of local government administration.

The visit was attended by the President Generals of the four Autonomous Communities that comprise Agbogugu, reinforcing a sense of solidarity and collective purpose among the leaders.

As the meeting concluded, the atmosphere was charged with optimism and a shared vision for a brighter future. The F.A.A.C. Executives left the Council Headquarters inspired, ready to work hand in hand with their Chairman to foster sustainable development in Awgu LGA.
