TWENTY SHOPS AND FIVE HOUSES DESTROYED IN AKURE BY FIRE

Some residents and traders in the Obanla area of Akure, the Ondo state capital are currently counting their losses following a fire outbreak in the area last night June 14.

Five houses and twenty shops were destroyed in the inferno. The cause of the fire outbreak is yet unknown.
