Talstack, a people management platform focused on HR and People teams, has been selected as the learning platform partner for the iDICE Startup Bridge Founders Lab, a 12-week entrepreneurship programme designed to support 185 early-stage founders across Nigeria.
The inaugural cohort began in May 2026 and targets entrepreneurs at the idea, prototype and early minimum viable product (MVP) stages who are building digital and technology-enabled businesses across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
As part of the partnership, Talstack contributed its in-house course development expertise to the design and development of the programme curriculum. The company’s learning platform will also power the structured delivery of the training programme.
Participants who successfully meet programme milestones and demonstrate strong progress throughout the training will be eligible to access grant funding of up to ₦10 million.
Speaking on the initiative, Talstack Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Seni Sulyman, said the company remains committed to helping talented individuals gain access to the knowledge, skills and feedback needed to create meaningful impact.
He noted that one of the programme’s strengths is the opportunity for founders to learn directly from experienced entrepreneurs and business operators, describing it as a rare but valuable form of entrepreneurship knowledge transfer.
The iDICE Startup Bridge is a structured entrepreneurship and growth programme aimed at helping Nigerian founders scale their ventures and realise their full potential. It operates under the Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE) Initiative, implemented by the Federal Government through the Bank of Industry and funded by the African Development Bank, Agence Française de Développement and Islamic Development Bank.
