Super Eagles Coach Eric Chelle Issues Warning: “We Can’t Underrate Rwanda” Ahead of Crucial World Cup Qualifier

Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle has warned his players not to underrate the Amavubi of Rwanda, UGAMATV reports.

Nigeria and Rwanda will face off in a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matchday seven encounter in Uyo on Saturday.

The Super Eagles recorded a 2-0 victory over Adel Amrouche’s side in a matchday five clash at the Amahoro Stadium, Kigali, in March.

Nigeria go into the game as overwhelming favourites, but Chelle is mindful of the quality of their opponents.

The Malian tactician described the Amavubi as a good side with a quality coach.

“Rwanda is a good team with a good coach. We can’t underrate them. We have our plan on how to stop them,” Chelle said ahead of the game.
