The Delta State Police Command has conducted an autopsy on the body of 20-year-old nursing student, Favour Agbro, who reportedly died by suicide after an alleged rape incident involving popular content creator, Odogwu Asaba.
According to activist Joe Israel, the autopsy was carried out on Tuesday, July 28, by the investigating team and medical experts, with representatives from all parties, including the lawyer of the accused content creator, present.
Before the procedure, the activist and his colleague visited the burial site in Agbaro, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State, where they met with Favour’s father and relatives to oversee preparations for the exhumation.
Israel said Favour’s twin sister requested to place food in her sister’s grave before the burial was completed, explaining that she believed her late sister had appeared to her and asked for food.
The request was reportedly granted amid emotional scenes as family members mourned the loss.
The activist thanked members of the public for their support and expressed commitment to following the investigation until justice is achieved for the deceased and her family.
