Checks by UGAMATV on Monday revealed that the state-owned oil company’s filling stations in Abuja have lowered petrol prices to ₦1,295 per liter, down from ₦1,361. This represents a reduction of ₦71 per liter at NNPC retail outlets.
The price adjustment follows a recent reduction by Dangote Refinery, which cut its petrol gantry price by ₦85, from ₦1,285 to ₦1,200 per liter, three days ago.
However, the Dangote-backed MRS filling station has not yet adjusted its retail pump price, which remains at ₦1,367 per liter as of the time of reporting.
Other retailers, including Ranoil, Empire Energy, Emedab, and Total, have also not revised their prices and continue to sell petrol between ₦1,370 and ₦1,395 per liter.I’m
