NCDC okays Anambra NYSC orientation camp

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on Monday okayed the Anambra State National Youth Service Corps Orientation Camp in the Awka South Local Area of the state for activities.

The NCDC state Focal Person on Infection, Prevention and Control, Dr Kenneth Nwokolo, gave the go-ahead after he toured the camp to ascertain the facility’s level compliance to COVID-19 protocols.

Nwokolo expressed satisfaction with what he saw and declared it fit for hosting the forthcoming the orientation programme.

The NYSC Coordinator and team leader in the state, Mr. Kehinde Aremu, assured the NCDC boss that everything would be done to ensure the safety of corps members.
