Man shares shocking cost of his friend’s wedding, says couple took $88,000 loan

A man has gone online to share what his newly-married friend told him about the cost of his wedding.

 

 

 

According to him, when he asked how much the entire ceremony cost, his friend revealed that he and his wife took an $88,000 loan to fund the wedding.

 

 

 

He added that the couple now pays $800 every month, and based on the repayment plan, it will take them 17 years to clear the loan.

 

 

 

By the end of the repayment period, the total amount they would have paid back is $158,924 including interest.
