ENUGU STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY MEMBER, OTAKA CELEBRATES IGWE BENEDICT ON BIRTHDAY, OFALA FESTIVAL, RECIEVES CHIEFTAINCY TITLE

Hon. Engr. Okwu Chinedu Otaka, the chairman house committee on youth, sports and security matters and member representing Aninri state constituency on the 22nd of December bagged a chieftaincy title.

The chieftaincy title which took place at the 70th birthday and first Ofala festival of Igwe Benedict Nnajiofor Eze, Ezeagbo (VI) Ezeoha of Ndeagbo ancient kingdom in Aninri local government saw the attendance of many dignitaries who were also given chieftaincy titles including the wife of former Deputy Senate President, Dr. Mrs Nwanneka Ekweremadu, Deputy minority leader, Hon. Toby Okechukwu, and Hon. Dennis Oguerinwa Amadi.

Hon. Chinedu Otaka who was bestowed with the title of Dike di ora mma 1 of Ndeagbo  thanked the Igwe for honoring him, while also celebrating him for clocking 70.

Thanking him for his kind gesture he said, “I congratulate you on your first Ofala and 70th birthday celebration.

“Your Ofala and birthday celebration is one that every sons and daughters of Aninri should be part of owing to your sound record in the traditional, academic and government sector. You are a unique person and that uniqueness has reflected in everything that you lay hands on.

“I lack words to describe you but in you I have found another father from Ndeagbo”, he said concluding.
