Enugu Govt Alerts Youths to Federal Paramilitary Recruitment – Apply Now to Serve the Nation!

….RECRUITMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR ENUGU STATE YOUTHS IN FEDERAL PARAMILITARY AGENCIES

 

The Enugu State Government wishes to draw the attention of our energetic and qualified young people across Enugu State to significant federal recruitment opportunities.

 

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has officially opened applications for recruitment into four key paramilitary agencies of the Federal Government of Nigeria, namely:

 

A. Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS)

 

B. Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS)

 

C. Federal Fire Service (FFS)

 

D. Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC)

 

We urge all eligible youths in Enugu State who meet the required criteria to take full advantage of this opportunity to serve the nation and build a future of purpose and leadership.

 

CATEGORIES & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

 

A. General Duty – Superintendent Cadre

 

Superintendent of Corrections (MBBS) – for Correctional Service only

 

Assistant Superintendent I (Engineering/Law) – Federal Fire Service only

 

Assistant Superintendent II – For Bachelor’s Degree or HND holders

 

B. Inspectorate Cadre

 

Inspector (Registered Nurses/Midwives) – NCoS, FFS & NSCDC

 

Assistant Inspector – NCE or ND holders

 

C. Assistant Cadre*

 

Assistant II – SSCE/NECO (5 credits including English & Mathematics or Trade Test Grade II)

 

Assistant III – SSCE/NECO (4 credits or Trade Test Grade III)

 

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

 

All applications must be submitted online at the CDCFIB recruitment portal

Application Period:

 

Starts Thursday, 26th June, 2025, and runs for three (3) weeks only.

 

 

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:

 

1. Apply for only one (1) agency. Multiple applications will lead to automatic disqualification.

 

2. Application is absolutely free of charge. Do not pay any individual or fall for group claiming to represent the board.

 

* Applicants must be Nigerian by birth, aged 18–35 years, physically and medically fit, and of good character.

 

4. Minimum height: 1.65m (men), 1.60m (women); Chest: Not less than 0.87m for men.

 

5. Computer literacy is an added advantage.

 

This is a golden opportunity for Enugu youths to join national service, gain valuable experience, and contribute meaningfully to Nigeria’s development.
