Enugu Airport Int’l Certification Gov Mbah has kept indelible legacy – Ohanaeze youths

The youth Wing of the Apex Igbo socio-cultural organization, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide has described the Aerodrome Certification received by the Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu, as part of the manifestation of Governor Peter Mbah’s leadership prowess in the state.

It could be recalled that days ago, the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA, issued the first ever international certification to the Akanu Ibiam Airport, Enugu.

Reacting, the National President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide, Mazi Okwu Nnabuike said it was one of the confirmations that Enugu is the destination for business and investment opportunities.

Okwu stated that Governor Mbah’s efforts in totally reforming every sector in the State had placed Enugu on the world map.

“The development prowess of His, Excellency, Governor Peter Mbah, has made Enugu a cynosure of all eyes; the coal city is now a destination choice for businesses and investments,” Okwu said, adding that “we now expect other international airlines, including cargo planes to be landing at the Enugu Airport.

“Governor Peter Mbah has laid a solid foundation and put enabling infrastructures and security in place for businesses to thrive.

“On behalf of the Ohanaeze youths, we hail the governor for this historic feat, which among other things, has put Enugu on the world map once more.

“Enugu people are witnessing excellence in leadership as demonstrated by Governor Peter Mbah’s visionary and proactive administration. Posterity will not forget this indelible legacy.

 

“Once more, we say that it is truly investment O’clock in Enugu, and we congratulate the governor on this historic landmark,” Okwu further stated.
