The Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Sunday Dare, on Monday, briefed the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), on the ongoing protests across the country.

Speaking with State House correspondents after the meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, the minister said the President again appealed to protesters to give the Federal Government time to address their demands.

He also quoted Buhari as urging the protesters not to allow hoodlums to hijack the protests.
