EEDC, NERC Set to Host 3-Day Customer Complaints Resolution Forum

The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company Plc (EEDC) has announced a three-day Customer Complaints Resolution Meeting for electricity consumers in Anambra State.

 

The forum, organized by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), is designed to address customer grievances, resolve disputes on the spot, and enlighten consumers about their rights and obligations in the electricity market.

 

Speaking on the development, Mr. Emeka Ezeh, Group Head, Corporate Communications, EEDC, said the initiative aligns with NERC’s mandate of ensuring improved customer service delivery in the power sector.

 

The event will take place from Thursday, September 4 to Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Hilton Leisure Resorts and Hotels Limited, 41 Regina Caeli Road, off Enugu–Onitsha Expressway, Awka, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

 

Ezeh further urged customers across Abagana, Awka, Ekwulobia, Nnewi, Obosi, Ogbaru, Ogidi, and Onitsha districts to take advantage of the opportunity to have their complaints heard and resolved directly.
