Edo government postpones resumption of schools

Resumption of all primary and secondary schools in Edo state has been postponed to Monday, February 1, 2021 by the state government.

Governor Godwin Obaseki made the announcement on Friday January 15 during a press briefing in Benin City.

Obaseki said the state government will officially carry out an assessment of health facilities across the various schools and ensure strict compliance with COVID-19 protocol.
