Don’t Underestimate Victor Osimhen, Warns Former Red Babel

Former Liverpool forward Ryan Babel has issued a warning to Ajax as they prepare to face Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen in the Champions League on Wednesday.

Osimhen has been in impressive form, scoring three goals in his last two matches and helping Galatasaray secure back-to-back Champions League victories for the first time in 13 years, including a crucial strike in the 1–0 win over Liverpool.

A goal against Ajax would see the Nigerian forward extend his remarkable run in Europe this season.

Speaking ahead of the match, Babel praised Osimhen’s impact and ability to decide games on his own.

“I think Ajax will have a hard time stopping Osimhen,” Babel said. “He is a truly lethal striker who can single-handedly bring any team to its knees.”
