Court sentences man to seven years imprisonment for s3xually abusing 4-year-old girl in Borno

A Federal High Court sitting in Maiduguri, Borno State, has convicted and sentenced a 21-year-old man, Mohammed Ali, to seven years imprisonment with a N1,000,000 fine for and s3xually abusing a 4-year-old girl.

 

 

 

The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), Borno State Command, secured his conviction on July 1, 2025.

 

 

 

Justice Amina. M. Ibrahim, sentenced Ali, of Moduganari Ward, after finding him guilty of procuring and s3xually assaulting the minor.

 

 

 

NAPTIP arraigned the convict on November 6, 2024.
