Comedian Princewill has responded to allegations of repeated domestic violence made by his ex-wife, saying he chose not to release a detailed rebuttal after receiving advice from his pastor.

In a video shared on social media, Princewill said he had prepared a comprehensive response to the accusations but decided to delete most of it to protect his children and prevent further escalation of the situation.

Addressing the allegations, the comedian denied several of the claims made by his former wife. He also maintained that he continued to support her financially after their separation, including contributing to her rent, healthcare, and other living expenses.

Princewill, however, admitted that he slapped his ex-wife on two occasions during their marriage. He said he regretted his actions, was not proud of them, and had apologised.

He also alleged that his ex-wife was unfaithful during their marriage, adding that he chose to remain silent at the time in an effort to preserve their family.
