Nollywood star, Bolanle Ninalowo, has expressed shock after an impersonator allegedly scammed a woman, Victoria Ayano, of ₦33 million.
According to UGAMA TV, Ayano, in a petition to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), accused one Bolanle Azeez of posing as Ninalowo to defraud her of the huge sum.
Sharing the petition on Instagram, the actor reacted humorously but with disbelief:
“Which kine juju be this naa?”
He went on to question the staggering amount involved, revealing that he has never earned such a fee for a single film.
“This one loud ooo. ₦33,000,000 for wetin? Even Nollywood wey blow me never pay me ₦33 million per film,” Ninalowo wrote.
The development comes two years after a man was sentenced to prison in 2023 for impersonating the actor.
Ninalowo has long battled impersonation on social media. In March 2025, he lamented the growing number of fake TikTok and other accounts created with his identity to defraud unsuspecting fans.
