Nigerian Afrobeats star Wizkid has teamed up with South African hitmaker DJ Maphorisa and his longtime collaborator DJ Tunez for a surprise three-track EP titled South Gidi, set to drop on Thursday midnight on all major streaming platforms.

The collaborative project features Money Constant with Mavo, Fiesta Forever as a Wizkid solo track, and Abangani with South African vocalist Daliwonga, offering a vibrant fusion of Afrobeats and Amapiano sounds.

Snippets from the EP shared on social media have already generated massive buzz among fans, with many praising the project as a symbol of the deepening musical ties between West and Southern Africa.
