African spiritualist goes head-to-head with Christian man preaching on a bus in Lagos

A man claiming to be an African spiritualist confronted a Christian man preaching on a bus in Lagos.

Both men were passengers on the bus heading to Lagos Island when the Christian man stood to preach.

This did not go down well with a fellow passenger who challenged him for disturbing other passengers with his preaching.

The passenger said: “My people, see me o. I dey inside danfo dey go Lagos Island. This man dey preach, I no talk, but he’s preaching against my tradition and culture and I no gree with am. So, as he dey disturb me so, even me, myself, I dey sing my African spirituality music.”

As the Christian continued preaching, the traditionalist raised his voice, singing some of Fela Anikulapo-Kuti’s songs.

He then told the Christian man to go to Iran and Israel where people are getting killed to preach.

When the Christian man mentioned the blood of Jesus, the traditionalist asked him to go to Benue. He added that people are getting killed in Benue and blood of Jesus did not save them.

Finally, the Christian ended his preaching with “in Jesus’ mighty name we pray. Amen” and the traditionalist replied, “in mighty name of Ologun, Isee.”

The entics of both men left fellow passengers amused.
