The senator representing Lagos West Senatorial District, Solomon Adeola, has described the facilitation of water projects in his senatorial district as a fulfilment of his electoral promises.

Adeola, according to a statement by his Media Adviser, Mr Kayode Odunaro, spoke during a visit to some of the water projects he facilitated in the 2020 budget in Agege and Ifako-Ijaiye local government areas over the weekend.
He said, “During the campaign for votes in 2019, a non-government organisation, WaterAid, visited my senatorial district office at Ikeja and I made a pledge to support policies and actions that will make water available to Nigerians in my district and at the national level.
“These multi-million naira water projects are in fulfilment of my promises to my constituents and the NGO. They are also coincidentally in line with one of the COVID-19 safety measures.”
