A woman has said that she is still living with the result of a bullying incident she suffered in secondary school.

 

The woman shared a photo of her thumb and explained that she gets unnecessary attention because of the way it is shaped.

 

Narrating what caused her thumb to be that way, she wrote: “Initially, I didn’t want to talk about this high school bullying trend, but something prompt me this morning to speak about it.

 

“Those that are close to me or know me in person will attest that I have this growth on my left thumb while some would not know.

 

“Well, I got this from the beatings I received from a senior back then in FGGC Langtang set 2013, I was in JSS 3 then.

 

“It was little at first but it kept growing, and so immediately after my graduation in 2016, I went to the hospital for surgery, the finger was operated but it’s like it became even worse, and I am still planning on going to the hospital for another surgery.

 

 

“Just so you know, this is my finger now.

 

“I am still living with the result of high school bullying. And the funny and annoying part of the whole thing is that, I didn’t report this senior to the school authorities and I have forgiven her long ago, because I can’t even remember her name only her hostel and the post she held.

 

“At some point, I stopped telling people that it was a senior that flogged me cause anytime I tell people I was flogged, they start raining insults and curses on her.”
