Uzodinma pledges continued welfare for Imo citizens

Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma, has pledged to continue to offer good welfare to the citizens of the state.

The Governor stated this on Sunday in a statement titled, ‘Restore our fortunes: Governor Hope Uzodinma prays to the Almighty God’, where Uzodinma stated that faith without deed would amount to nothing.

According to the statement, Uzodinma offered prayers to God for the restoration of Imo fortunes.

The statement read, “During today’s Holy Mass, His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma offered prayers and supplications to the Most High for the restoration of Imo fortunes like the watercourse of Negeb.

“The Governor, who acknowledged the fact that faith without deeds amounts to nothing, assured of his administration’s commitment in the implementation of the Recovery arm of 3R Mantra.

“His Excellency stated that appreciable progress has been made by his administration in the course of recovering all that the locust had eaten from Imolites and would continue to strive for more in order to offer good welfare to the citizens.”
