Port Harcourt, Nigeria — The prestigious Toscana Sports Club (TSC) has successfully rounded off its much-anticipated 2025 Annual Retreat and Annual General Meeting (AGM) in grand style on Sunday, 28th September 2025, at the luxurious Villa Toscana Hotel, GRA Port Harcourt.
The three-day retreat, which began on Friday, 26th September, brought together some of Nigeria’s most influential professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders in a colorful blend of business deliberations, lifestyle activities, and brotherhood.
The highlight of the retreat was the Annual General Meeting (AGM), described by members as the most impactful in the club’s 10-year history. Attendees arrived in customized outfits, creating a vibrant atmosphere as they deliberated on key issues shaping the future of the club. The session produced significant resolutions, including the signing of an amended constitution, measures to strengthen discipline, and the expulsion of members who consistently failed to meet financial obligations despite repeated warnings.

With this working constitution, we are confident that things will move better for the club.”
National Chairman, Hon. Beyond that, we resolved to reach out more to the less privileged so that society continues to feel the impact of Toscana Sports Club.”
Other speakers, including the Legal Adviser, Hon. Barr. Obinna Okenwa, and Retreat Committee Chairman/National Vice Chairman, Sir Darlington Ogochukwu Ogbonnia, lauded the success of the retreat, describing it as “seven-star” and a testament to the unity and commitment of members.
