The Chief  Executive Officer of Ugamtv Hon. Tochukwu chukwu has taken to his social media handle to congratulate the  Honourable  member  of the house  representatives Hon. Toby Okechukwu  as he marks his birthday today 

The ugamatv Boss  described  him as a humanitarianism and humility personified individual  who has become a messiah for many 

According to him,  Toby Okechukwu  has remained  an exceptional leader and a role model to him 

Chukwu  who expressed  himself  lavishly in a full text message  stated that he was in a state of write and delete dilemma at a point  due to the enormity of  his impact in his  life.
