Super Eagles to face Colombia in November friendly

The Super Eagles of Nigeria are scheduled to play an international friendly against Colombia in November, according to reports from Completesports.com.

The friendly is set to be held at Citi Field in New York on Tuesday, November 18.

Coach Eric Chelle’s side will play another friendly against Venezuela before the clash with the Cafeteros (Colombia). The Venezuela encounter is slated for the Shell Energy Stadium in Houston on Friday, November 14.

Colombia, meanwhile, will face New Zealand in Fort Lauderdale on Saturday, November 15, before taking on the Super Eagles.

Nigeria will use the games against Venezuela and Colombia as crucial preparation for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), which is scheduled to be hosted by Morocco in December.

Prior to these friendlies, the Super Eagles will be in action next month against the Crocodiles of Lesotho and the Squirrels of Benin Republic in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
