The Deputy Minority leader, house of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Toby Okechukwu has expressed his heartfelt salutations to the Christian Faithfuls in Nigeria especially those of his Constituency on the occasion of Christmas.

The lawmaker who represents Awgu, Aninri and Oji river Federal constituency in the house of Representatives, communicated this through a press Statement made available to the media by his Media Aide, Tochukwu Chukwu.

Parts of the statement reads thus;

“I heartily welcome you my dear Christian Constituents, to this Festive Season, It is that Time of the year again when we celebrate the Birth of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

“A season solely dedicated to love and appreciation.

This year has been a roller coaster ride, From the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, to the Endsars protest and the Second wave of the Covid-19. However, we survived, we are coming out stronger and better.”

“It is enough reason to be appreciative and celebratory this season.”

“Amid our Celebrations, let us not forget to put some essence to our lives, be cautious in your associations.”

“Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures outlined by the Government as pertains Covid-19. While Driving, Drive carefully and Safely.”

“I wish us all a blissful Christmas and New year Celebration.”

“With all delightfulness, Have Merry Christmas and prosperous new year.”
