Regina Daniels goes emotional again as she reflects on sadness and responsibility amid ongoing marriage drama

Actress Regina Daniels has shared another emotional series of posts on Instagram, opening up about sadness, pressure and how she has been forcing herself to stay strong.

In her words, she said she finds it funny that she is currently seated in the same “position” she once tried to help others rise from. She explained that she hates sadness and always believed happiness can be found in the smallest things, even something as simple as food.

She went on to say that sadness is both spiritually and physically draining, and that life is about living regardless of challenges.

According to her, she is her own motivation.

She wrote that she cries sometimes, looks at herself in the mirror, wipes the tears and continues because of “responsibilities” and “demons to defeat.” She ended the post with “Type sh**ttttt,” indicating she’s pushing herself to stay strong
