The Imo State Police Command has disclosed plans to conduct an autopsy on the corpse of five-year-old Osinachi Michael, which was found in a car in the Ishiuzor area of Egbu in the state on January 7, 2021.

Osinachi’s grandmother, Mrs Stella Aguguo, had on January 5, 2021 sent him to buy sachet water in the neighbourhood.

Osinachi, the son of a military officer, Michael Stephen Aguguo, who is fighting Boko Haram in the North-East, was found dead in a stationary vehicle.

The police spokesperson in the state, Orlando Ikeokwu, told our correspondent that an autopsy would be conducted to determine the actual cause of death.

Ikeokwu said without the autopsy result, there could not be prosecution.
