Pictorial: Police arrest Mr Macaroni, other #OccupyLekkiTollgate protesters

Police on Saturday have arrested popular comedian Debo Adebayo, also known as Mr Macaroni, and 23 other protesters at the Lekki toll gate.

They were at the toll gate to express his dissatisfaction with the decision of the Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry allowing the Lekki Concession Company to reopen the Lekki tollgate on Saturday.

The police had earlier on Friday had a show-of-force exercise to express its disapproval of the planned protest.
