The Executive Governor of Enugu State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State has on the 6th of December swore in Hon. Justice Afojulu Raymond Ozoemena as Acting Chief Judge of the State.

This development was made following the recommendation by the National Judicial Council (NJC) to the governor for his reappointment for another period of three months.
