Big Brother Naija star, Tochi, has sparked conversation by suggesting that modern marriages should operate under strict contract terms, including financial penalties for breaches, rather than relying on the endurance of past generations.

 

 

 

Taking to his Instagram stories, Tochi argued that today’s generation lacks the patience and tolerance that sustained the long-lasting marriages of their parents. He proposed a system where, if a spouse breaks the contractual agreement, they pay a fine and the other party is free to leave.
