Bayern made it two wins from two after comfortably seeing off competition debutants Pafos 5-1 away from home, while last season’s beaten finalists Inter Milan also maintained a 100% record after two games, running out 3-0 winners at home to Slavia Prague.

Atlético Madrid (5-1 vs Eintracht Frankfurt) and Marseille (4-0 vs Ajax) bounced back from opening-day defeats to record their first points of the campaign.
