One Abducted, Another Injured as Kidnappers Attack Oyo Community

Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have abducted one person in Oyo State, DAILY POST reports.

It was learnt that the gunmen numbering about three kidnapped one person and injured another during the incident.

The incident occured at Ago Aare in Oke Ogun geopolitical zone on Monday.

UGAMATV gathered on Tuesday that the kidnappers abducted one person identified as Wasiu Aleshinloye.

Public Relations Officer of the State Police command, Olayinka Ayanlade confirmed the incident in a statement.

Ayanlade, in the statement made available to NEWSMAN, said that one person was injured.

He said, “I can confirm to you that a case of abduction was reported at Tede Division on 11/05/2026 at about 2220hrs”.
