Omah Lay Finds Single Status “Boring” Following Mental Health Struggles

Nigerian Afrobeats singer Stanley Omah Didia, popularly known as Omah Lay, has expressed frustration about being single.

The Boy Alone crooner noted that staying single has become boring for him.

On his Snapchat page, he wrote:

“Yeah, I got no girls. It has become a boring activity of late.”

Omah Lay recently revealed that his depression has returned, although it is unclear whether it is related to his relationship status.

The singer previously stated in an interview with BBC Radio 1Xtra in 2023 that his biggest regret was dating one of his ex-girlfriends, Bright, saying he wished he could go back in time and undo the relationship.

Omah Lay has kept his personal life private since rising to fame. He has also disclosed that his “sudden fame” had a negative effect on his mental health, making him feel “unstable.”
