The apex socio-cultural igbo group, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide joined other Nigerians as they wished President Muhammadu Buhari a happy birthday as he turned 79.

Chiedozie Alex Ogbonnia, the National Publicity Secretary of the group who sent forth their regard said “While only a few Nigerians had the rare privilege of presiding over the affairs of Nigeria, Your Excellency has the special spark of God to have ruled Nigeria twice.

“Ohanaeze Ndigbo salutes the courage, tenacity, strength of character and deep sense of commitment of Mr. President. These are uncommon leadership qualities that are in short supply among other leaders.

“The President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, Ambassador Professor George Obiozor expresses profound delight that Mr. President is sprightly, hale and hearty at 79. It is therefore the prayers of Ohaneze Ndigbo that Mr. President will celebrate many more years in good health and sound mind”, he said concluding.
