Again, he advised that the Federal Government, utilizes the welfare system, which involves monthly payment of stipends to the citizens of the country, whom are of age, at least cover their feeding and other basic needs.

Another approach is a complete overhaul of the Nigerian judiciary system, entrenching it with stronger and morally minded personnel, so as to guarantee that nobody is above the law of the country.

Moreso, continual sensitization of the growing generation, about corruption and its consequences, this is to give rectitude to their minds and set them straight and ready to choose the right side, To aberrate our youths from the norm of malpractice and corruption in Nigeria.

A solution will be brought if the morally corrupt leaders, are brought to book and consequentially pruned out of government, An Educational system which actually gives every child access to quality education, state boundary committee to monitor the influx of immigrants, in the absence formal education, there should be room for skills acquisition and any other form of legal youth empowerment, infrastructural development, optimal staffing, equipment and funding of security and law enforcement agencies, interdepartmental relationship between security agencies to encourage flow of relevant information, a reduction in oil dependency, development of the agricultural sector, youth counseling and mentoring, sensitization on the dangers of drug abuse and narcotics usage, optimal intelligence gathering and sharing, religious and tribal tolerance, strengthening of electoral system, etc were part of the practicable solutions he proffered.

This can be curtailed by building strong border officials, education and employment of the youth.
