Michelle Obama gets 10 new piercings at once and discusses what influenced her decision (video)

Former U.S. First Lady, Michelle Obama has revealed that she got ten new ear piercings in addition to tye previous ones she has.

 

She disclosed this while speaking with her brother Craig Robinson on their IMO Podcast.

 

Michelle explained that she previously got another ear piercing and had been flirting with the idea pf getting more.

 

She said: “I have always thought about getting extra piercings in my ear and just never got around to it.”

 

She added that she got a second set of piercings before having kids but she got so busy and stopped putting an earring in it.

 

However, she decided to go for new piercings having observed the young people in her life.

 

She continued: “But nowadays, the young people in my life are doing more piercings, there’s just more beautiful adornments.”

 

Showing off her new piercings with little earrings in them arranged to look like stars, she added: “You see there’s more of a cluster, the constellation sort of look, twinkles that goes…”

 

Her brother looked at it and asked her if she got five new piercings

 

She admitted that she got 5 new piercings on each ear. She added that the plan was to “go in for a few”, but then she got carried away and started asking them to continue creating more piercings.

 

“So, in one sitting, I got ten piercings,”the former US First Lady admitted.

 

When her brother suggested that it must have been painful, she said: “It actually was not that… it wasn’t bad at all.”
