Man’s asylum claim takes a sudden turn after claiming he left Nigeria because he was gay then minutes later admitted to having a wife and children at home (video)

A story from Ireland is going viral after a man’s asylum claim took a sudden turn.

The Nigerian man initially claimed that his life was in danger in Nigeria due to his sexual orientation, a valid ground for asylum given Nigeria’s “Same-Sex Marriage (Prohibition) Act.” However, moments later, he mentioned having a wife and two children back home, leading some to question the authenticity of his original claim.
