Man arrested for defiling 4 year old in Nasarawa

The Nasarawa State Police Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps has arrested one Musa Yahuza for allegedly defiling a four-year-old girl resident in Lafia, the state capital.

The Public Relations Officer of the command, Jerry Victor, made the disclosure to journalists while parading the suspect on Friday in Lafia.

He said that the suspect was arrested after a complaint was made by the mother of the victim when she saw some bloodstains on her daughter’s pant.

Jerry said, “The mother of the little girl discovered a stain of blood on her pant when she was trying to bathe her. She quickly took her back to the room and asked her about it and she explained that it was Musa that told her to lie down on the bed while they were playing.’’

The suspect however, denied the allegation, saying that the mother of the girl lied against him to ensure that he was imprisoned.
