“Lagos has changed. No more dirty roads, now I see paved streets- US singer, Ciara, says (video)

American singer, Ciara who is currently in Lagos for the Lagos Fashion Week, has spoken glowingly about Lagos.

 

 

 

According to her, the last time she was in the state, Lagos was quite dirty but now, all she sees is that the roads are now paved and is now developed.

 

 

 

 

 

“I’m so happy to be here and I’m really glad. No, this is not my first time, I know about Lagos. When I used to land, I used to see dirty roads, now it’s all clean and it has changed” she said
