Lady fakes her own kidnap, collects ransom money, and relocates abroad — calls family later to thank them for “supporting her dreams”

An X user shared a hilarious story of a lady who reportedly tricked her family by claiming she had been kidnapped.

According to the post, the woman collected ransom money from her relatives and then used it to relocate abroad.

The story got even funnier when she allegedly called her family from overseas, admitting she had only pretended to be kidnapped because when she asked them for help “nicely,” they said there was no money.
