The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has recognized Senator David Mark as the National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress, ADC.

 

​The development was revealed on the INEC portal .

 

The update comes after the Supreme Court Judgement which vacated the order of the Court of Appeal barring the recognition of Mark as the National Chairman of the ADC.

 

 

INEC on the 1st of April 2026 had removed the names of David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola from its official portal as National Chairman and National Secretary of the ADC respectively.
