“I Don’t Want Any Wahala” — Femi Kuti Jokes as He Declines Photo with Korra Obidi

Afrobeat musician Femi Kuti has jokingly said he has no interest in getting involved in any online controversy with celebrity dancer Korra Obidi.

The singer made the remark while playfully declining to take a photo alone with Korra after her private live concert in Lagos.

His reaction comes months after Korra sparked backlash for posting a twerking video she recorded at the gravesite of Afrobeat legend Fela Kuti during a visit in December 2025.

In a video shared by Korra on Instagram, Femi called on his sister, Yeni Kuti, to join them in the photo to avoid any unnecessary drama.

“YK, come and enter this picture. I don’t want any problems in my life. I have enough problems. Seems the gods don’t even want this picture, that’s why it’s raining,” he joked.

Sharing the clip, Korra expressed her excitement at meeting Femi and Yeni Kuti, describing it as an honour after her performance at Legacy Studios.
